We welcome fencing, gate and screening enquiries across Victoria. Tell us your postcode, approximate quantities and whether you need materials delivered or installation assessed.

Delivery across Victoria

Delivery is quoted for each order. Freight depends on the location, order size, product lengths and site access. We confirm the delivery charge and available dates in writing before you order. Remote locations and restricted access may need a separate freight arrangement.

Please tell us about narrow driveways, steep access, overhead clearance, unloading restrictions and whether someone can receive the delivery. We agree on the unloading arrangement before confirming the order.

Written quotes

Written quotes are valid for 14 days unless the quote states otherwise. A quote identifies the products or work, quantities, inclusions, exclusions, delivery charges, applicable taxes and payment terms. Changes to scope or quantities need an updated written quote.

Website photos show product options. Colours, profiles, specifications, stock and final measurements are confirmed for your project. A website enquiry does not place an order or reserve stock.

Installation

Installation enquiries are assessed by location and scope. We confirm installer availability, site access, measurements and any removal or disposal before offering an installation date or accepting a booking.

Orders and payment

We confirm the supplying business, final scope, price, product availability, delivery or installation arrangements and payment terms before you accept an order. Payments are requested against a written quote or invoice. We do not take payments through this website.

Changes, cancellations and product issues

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Any order-specific conditions or costs are explained before acceptance, including conditions for made-to-order products. Please report delivery damage or an incorrect item as soon as you notice it, with photos where possible.

These policies do not exclude or limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is confirmed with the product details.
